JTET Paper 2 includes four main sections, with a choice between Mathematics & Science or Social Studies, depending on your teaching specialization.

1. Child Development & Pedagogy

Designed to evaluate your understanding of teaching and learning psychology at the upper-primary level.

Key Topics:

• Developmental characteristics of children (ages 11–14)
• Learning theories (constructivism, behaviorism, cognitivism)
• Learner differences and inclusive education
• Educational psychology, motivation, and learning styles

2. Language I (Hindi/English/Urdu – as opted)

Focuses on reading comprehension, grammar, and teaching methodologies in the selected language.
